We’re so excited to be teaming up with Marama Wellness to bring you a grounding and heart-opening self-care experience, hosted by Sian, founder of Marama Wellness.
As a certified Reiki Healer and Breathwork & Meditation Practitioner, Sian is passionate about creating healing spaces for women to slow down, reconnect and feel deeply supported.
✨ Here’s what your evening will look like:
This isn’t just a wellness workshop—it’s your midweek exhale. Over 1 hour and 45 minutes, you’ll be gently guided through a full-body reset designed to calm your nervous system, quiet your mind and refill your cup.
🖊️ Reflect & Connect
We’ll begin with intention-setting and guided journaling using the iconic Five Minute Journal; a beautiful gift from one of our amazing sponsors. You'll have the chance to check in with yourself while sharing space and energy with like-minded women.
🌬️ Breathwork Journey
Sian will lead you through a grounding breathwork session to release built-up stress and reconnect with your body.
🔔 Sound Healing
Drift into bliss with a soothing sound bath, using crystal bowls and healing frequencies to promote deep relaxation and emotional release.
